Dear Friends,

Peace is a given right of every man, women and child on our earth.
The celebration of peace is the most positive way I know of showing others that there is an alternative to all the wrong doings in our world. The symbol of the Peacelight of Bethlehem as a message of our beliefs and is a strong message to others that we will not stand still and forget our values, but join together and celebrate them.

In the footsteps of Baden-Powell of Gilwell that we tread, we have learnt positive messages by following the good examples of others before us. With this message that the Peacelight of Bethlehem conveys to all those that gaze upon it, I know that more people will have a better understanding of what peace is about and how much warmth is generated by feeling part of this positive outlook on life. Over time these people will join with us and peace will grow until there is no more evil in our world.Peacelight in Denmark

"Queridos Amigos,

A paz é um direito de cada homem, mulher e criança em nossa terra.


A celebração da paz é a maneira mais positiva que conheço de mostrar que existe uma alternativa para todos os erros do nosso mundo.


O símbolo do "Peacelight" (luz da Paz) de Belém como uma mensagem da nossa fé é uma forte mensagem para todos que não vamos permanecer quietos e esquecer os nossos valores, mas uni-los e comemorar.


Nas pegadas de Baden-Powell de Gilwell que nós seguimos, temos aprendido mensagens positivas, seguindo os bons exemplos dos outros perante os nossos.


Com esta mensagem que a" Peacelight" de Belém transmite a todos aqueles que a olham, eu sei que mais pessoas terão uma melhor compreensão do que está a paz prestes e quanto calor é gerado por parte deste sentimento positivo da visão da vida.


Com o tempo essas pessoas se irão juntar a nós e paz vai crescer até que não haja mais mal do nosso mundo

Tenho orgulho do que estamos a comemorar e saber que vocês estão a fazer a diferença para que mundo seja melhor.
